The Family Resources Co-ordinator provides family-centred counselling, assessment, support, and information based on the family's needs. The program goals are to empower families, optimise the child's development and continuing participation in a full range of community activities and to be a resource to referred families, other CDC staff, the community, and other programs and agencies.
